AJAX is awesome
I’d like to publicly state that I love AJAX. I have discovered it, and i’m never going back.
As a new programmer, I was confined to command-line scripts and printing to file. NO LONGER! With web pages I can create something completely accessible. With AJAX and my 2 favorite libraries Prototype and it’s sexy little sister Scriptaculous I can create pages that are friggin cool. I’m currently working on new order pages for Lunarpages. Wait until I’m done. You will be impressed.

I’m just some random guy surfing the internet for help with some small ajax stuff and your site happened to have ‘firstChild.nodeValue’ in it :-p
Ajax is awesome. I just cut the load time of my game from like 5 seconds for those poor dial up users to like 1 second.. its amazing. I’ve been learning ajax for a month and and now using Dojo. It is a very complex engine. I suppose it is suppose to be able to do some insane stuff.. but the 2 days I’ve been using it, it has just been something to kick back on.
Anywho, I’m rambling, and I’m sure you enjoy random people stopping by your blog and talking to you for a while. ENJOY IT.
